When booking an appointment with us, you will see our availability to set up an initial meeting with us. Then based on the services you require and your availability, we will start working with you. But if the availability do not fit your goals, you can always email us your requirement to us at hello@letterfolkstudio.com

We take a down payment of 50% once you sign a contract with us and the rest will be due at the completion of our contract.

Yes, you are automatically entitled to a 10% discount if you choose multiple services from us.

The length of a project depends on what your requirements are. Our recurring packages go on monthly basis while one off projects take from about 1 week to a month.

Each website package comes with post launch support, however if you need help outside of that, you can always book an appointment at a special past-client hourly rate.
